The Marketplace is a place to discover and install apps for your IXON Cloud environment. Apps expand the features and functionalities that are available to you within your IXON Cloud company. Some apps provide new features whereas other apps may make it easier to use already existing features.

Do apps require a module or license?
This varies per app.
Some apps rely on a feature of the IXON Cloud that requires a module, like API / integrations. Such required modules are listed as IXON resources in the App details. You can check if you have the required module(s) in the IXON Cloud at Admin > Licenses. Don't have a required module? Contact your IXON account manager or IXON distributor.
Some 3rd party apps may also require a license from the app developer. 3rd party apps can be recognized by the Contact in the App details and by an icon in the app logo. Contact the app developer for more information.
How do I install or use an app?
What are Workshop apps?
Workshop apps are apps that are provided "as-is" and are not supported by the developer. In other words: the app is developed to provide the functionality described in the app's description, but will not be developed further and technical assistance is also not available. The app is provided "as-is".
Workshop apps are indicated as Workshop App in the App details and also have a yellow workshop icon in the app logo:
I have installed an app, but can't find it
I have tried an app, but no longer wish to use it
If you wish to keep the app's data and settings, but no longer wish to have the app available, you can simply Disable it in the IXON Cloud at Admin > Apps.
If you wish to completely remove an app from your IXON Cloud company, including the app's data and settings, you can Uninstall it at the same place: in the IXON Cloud at Admin > Apps.How do I submit my own app for the Marketplace?
