When opening a Device page in the Portal, the machine data is not loaded and instead the error "Gateway timeout error" is displayed at the bottom.
An incredibly large amount of machine data is available within the selected time period. Loading this amount of data takes very long and exceeds the timeout threshold.
This problem has several potential solutions, depending on your use case:
- Decrease the displayed time period.
- Split the data visualization over multiple Device pages.
- Decrease the amount of machine data that is being logged in the future.
