After switching to another company account, by using the option Account icon > Switch company, or after opening IXON Cloud from an existing tab in the browser, the following error message could be displayed:
You don't have sufficient permissions to view this page.
A company account is selected, where the user doesn't have the right permissions to open the page. This can happen with a link to the following sections:
While a device can only be added to one company account, a user can create or be invited to more company accounts. The user's permissions are unique to every company account. If a user isn't authorized to use the page in the selected company account, the warning message is displayed.
The warning message gives the options to Switch company or Log out. Additionally, it is also possible to change the link in the browser to the Portal.
